Cancellation, No-Show, and rescheduling

A credit card is required to be on file for ALL appointments.


ANY changes to your appointment, its date, and its time has to be made 48 hours prior to the appointment time.


ANY cancellations and no-shows MAY be charged 50% of the scheduled services. 


It is extremely important that you confirm your appointment via the link sent to your email from my scheduling software. If you do not, I may reach out via text or phone. if i cannot get a response or reply i will consider the appointment canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.  


You would be shocked at how many people schedule an appointment then ghost me. that time is very valuable and even 48 hours may not be enough time to fill a 3-4 hour spot. I am an understanding person and realize life happens. This policy is in place to protect my business. Always text me if you are going to be late or can't make it in. Most times a fee can be avoided.


When you need to cancel or change an appointment, always do so through the link provided in the confirmation text message or email sent by my scheduling system. If you are attempting to change or cancel an appointment outside of the window allowed by the system please send me a text message at 616-255-4521

Returns, refunds and rework

I guarantee my work for 10 days from the date of service. If during the performance of your service I made a technical error (slipped foil, foil lines, uneven haircut etc) I will provide a "rework" service free of charge to correct the error.  If you made a style choice during the consultation and later decide you do not like the choice you made, I will not offer a free rework appointment.


I do not offer refunds on services.


I offer refunds on any retail product purchased from my salon for 10 days from the date of purchase.


Returns and refunds on hair extensions are subject to the return policy of the vendor I purchased them from. Typically they will only refund if the hair is returned in untouched, unopened condition. This is not a guarantee.


I do not offer refunds on unperformed, prepaid services or gift card purchases. If you prepaid for a service you no longer wish to receive, I may return that money to you in the form of a gift card to be used on future services only.


By scheduling an appointment with me you acknowledge that hair coloring is an art and not an exact science.  Desired end results May take more than one visit. 


 By scheduling an appointment with me you acknowledge that all sales on services are final and refunds are not given on services. 


 By scheduling an appointment with me you acknowledge and agree that when you purchase a service you are purchasing my time and not the end result.
